ROI Staff

It takes a dedicated person to provide the special kind of care delivered by ROI. Selflessness and caring are two of the most important requirements.

ROI’s greatest asset is the character of the people who make up the organization. To the people we serve, they are more than assistants and caregivers; they are friends, companions, and confidants. To us, they are more than staff; they are a constant source of inspiration.

Currently, ROI employs over 300 people in a variety of positions, including direct care, nursing, and administration. Each team is led by a highly qualified Program Director and overseen by ROI’s Executive Director and Assistant Directors. Available positions are listed on our employment page.
