The Independence Fund is one of the unique features of ROI. This fund was set up to provide the people we serve with a fund to access for special items not in their budget. Most people with disabilities are often living on social security or disability which allows only a few hundred dollars a month for living expenses. The people we serve typically need financial assistance with items such as:

Medical Co-Pays Prescriptions Prosthetics Community Events Glasses Clothing Furniture Gifts

The Independence Fund is raised through donations in our community. And, 100% of the money goes to support the people we serve.
