By providing safe, attractive, affordable housing for people with disabilities in Kalamazoo County, HHS is helping people take giant strides toward independence. Location, Location, Location Our homes are located in clean, safe, quiet residential neighborhoods with easy access to public transportation and shopping. Housing includes single-family homes and small apartment communities. Barrier-free housing is also available.

Rest Easier
HHS works with each individual one-on-one to find solutions. Rent for each home is tailored to meet individual circumstances; rent is established based upon HUD low-income housing guidelines. The result is that other disability funds are freed to use on other necessities. This means you can rest easier, and do so in the comfort of a safe, affordable home.
