Our Services

Representative Payeeship

Representative Payeeship is a money management service. Payee determination is made by the governmental agency that administers the benefit. As payee, Guardian will receive the person's monthly benefits and establish a budget that will require the individual to live within their means.

Agency staff will review eligibility requirements and obtain all available benefits. Tax services will also be provided when needed.

When an individual demonstrates to the government agency that he or she is able to manage their own personal finances, their right to do so may be reinstated.

You will not surrender any of your rights by choosing to give a Power of Attorney, but will be relieved of many of the concerns of your daily life.
