Mission: Guardian, Inc. provides financial and advocacy services to persons with limited skills, opportunities and other vulnerabilities; we promote independence and economic self-sufficiency using available community resources.

Vision: As a learning and growing organization, we will seek creative strategies to promote independence and financial self-sufficiency based on the varying needs of those we serve.

Guiding Ideas:

Guardian, Inc. will:

• Be a trusted provider that acts in the best interest of the individual clients we serve. We will treat them as whole persons, afford them the maximum independence they are capable of and respect their individual and legal choices to experience success and failure, even when those choices may contradict our best advice.
• Treat families, payers, the courts, and other service providers as partners/customers in the service spectrum and seek to build healthy relationship that will contribute to the financial, physical and emotional well being of the client.
• Maintain a competent and engaged staff that supports these values and is continually seeking improvements in client/customer outcomes, healthy work/life balance, and the value GI creates.
• Operate as a competent and caring nonprofit enterprise that models the financial, physical and emotional well being we seek to provide to the individuals, families and communities we serve.

Staff are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to solve emergencies.
