Establish and maintain effective communication with community agencies and employers. Maintain accurate records. |

| Qualifications |
Experience as a line leader or group leader required. Must have good leadership skills, be a problem solver. Ability to plan, organize, supervise personnel. Awareness and understand the importance of safety and security procedures. Detail oriented, ability to learn new equipment. Ability to use measuring tools (calibers and measuring tape). Good math and mechanical skills, basic computer skills, knowledge of Great Plains, shear cutter and die cutter helpful. No physical limitations and good attendance required. |

Implement quality control (ISO) program. Train employees, enforce all agency and departmental rules and regulations. Maintain records on scrap, attendance, production, quality control and inventory. Produce quality parts, identify problems and resolve them. Additional duties as assigned as Supervisor. |
